The timber hybrid project Timber Peak on the grounds of former customs port will use about 900 m³ cross laminated timber and 150 m³ glued laminated timber for a total of approx. 9,500 m² gross floor area. The floor deck system of the twelve-storey building will be built as a wood-concrete composite with visible timber underside.
