In the popular district of Berg am Laim, a mixed residential quarter is planned on St.-Veit-Straße on a site area of over 12,000 m² and an above-ground gross floor area of 23,200 m². The ensemble will offer around 90 percent residential space as well as commercial space and a daycare center. Thanks to its construction method, the timber-hybrid project will not only offer a very healthy and pleasant quality of life and an unusually high ecological standard, but can also be built up to around 30 percent faster due to the high degree of prefabrication.
