Under the motto “green and clean”, a hotel was developed in the heart of the city. This project meets the highest demands on sustainability – for example, through the use of natural materials and stylish recycled furniture. Adjacent to the hotel building, an office property with modern, open workplaces was built on a rentable area of 2,800m².
