The LeopoldQuartier is located on a site of approx. 22,900 m² north-west of Vienna’s city centre, with the address Obere Donaustraße 23-27 and 29. City apartments, family homes, office space, more greenery and a kindergarten are planned for its five building sites.
The “Village im Dritten“ project in Vienna’s third district is one of the most important urban development areas.
