Timber Port
Germany, Düsseldorf
The Timber Port is a sustainable and ESG-compliant timber hybrid office tower being developed in Düsseldorf's prominent and prospering Medienhafen. The focus of the project is to create a working environment that is beneficial to users and to reduce the building's carbon footprint. With extremely flexible office space on around 10,000 m² of gross floor area, the space requirements of both small and large tenants are to be covered. Parking spaces for electric cars are provided in the basement. The high-rise building is located opposite the Trivago headquarters and "The Cradle", as well as in the direct vicinity of internationally active companies such as Uniper, Ecovacs Europe, NOER LLP, Regus and HHP Architekten.

Timber Works
Germany, Munich
The "Timber Works" commercial project, which is planned in timber hybrid construction, is being built on a plot of around 6,500 m² at Pelkovenstraße 148 and comprises more than 9,650 m² of gross floor area. The property is located in the district of Moosach directly at the subway station "Olympia Einkaufszentrum" and opposite the Olympia shopping center (OEZ). In addition to the environmentally friendly wood-hybrid construction, “Timber Works” relies on a renewable energy supply through photovoltaics, heat pumps and modern storage media, as well as sustainable water management. Visible wooden surfaces and a flexible room layout create the best conditions for the new way of working.

Timber Living
Germany, Munich
In the popular district of Berg am Laim, a mixed residential quarter is planned on St.-Veit-Straße on a plot area of over 12,000 m² and a gross floor area of 23,200 m² above ground. Around 90 percent of the ensemble will be residential and will also offer space for commercial use and a daycare center. The project, which is built in a wood-hybrid construction, will not only offer a very healthy and pleasant quality of stay and an unusually high ecological standard due to its construction, but will also be able to be erected up to around 30 percent faster thanks to the high degree of prefabrication.

Havn
Germany, Mainz
The ‘Havn am Rhein’ project is being developed in the new Zollhafen Mainz urban quarter, in the first row on the banks of the river Rhine. The U-shaped structure, which opens towards the Rhine, encloses an elevated garden with its three wings. Two wings of the building will contain 44 condominiums and one wing will contain 5 office units. A green roof garden with pergolas and an unobstructed view of the Rhine will be created for the residential units. In keeping with the historic harbour architecture, the street facade and both wings of the building will be clad in grey-green brick slips, while the building wing on the Rhine side with its curved balconies will have a pure white plaster facade.

Timber Peak

The Timber Peak in the former customs port of Mainz is outstanding in many aspects. Its unique waterfront location and award-winning modern architecture make it the premier address on the Rhine. In one of the tallest timber-hybrid high-rises in Rhineland-Palatinate you can enjoy a panoramic view over the river and into the old town. Light-flooded workspaces that are as smart as they are cosy, combined with green roof terraces and a lively forecourt, create a completely new working atmosphere. The timber hybrid project Timber Peak on the grounds of former customs port will use about 900 m³ cross laminated timber and 150 m³ glued laminated timber for a total of approx. 9,500 m² gross floor area. The floor deck system of the twelve-storey building will be built as a wood-concrete composite with visible timber underside. It is supported by the reinforced concrete building core, while the load from the facade is transferred to visible timber columns.

Hafeninsel IV- Flößerhof
Germany, Mainz
The Flösserhof is currently under development in the former Mainz customs harbour, directly on the harbour basin. This residential complex will be the site for 92 apartments surrounded on three sides by water. With their clinker facade, the building reflects the history and architecture of the old Mainz customs port. Plans include the construction of roughly 92 condominiums, three of which will be designed as townhouses.

Gmunder Höfe
Germany, Munich
The project in Gmunderstrasse with roughly 446 units also includes two day-care centres and over 441 parking spaces. The location in Obersendling, which was previously an important commercial location for the Bavarian capital, has become increasingly attractive as a residential area in recent years. Many Munich residents value the close proximity to the Isar River and fast connections to the inner city via underground and rapid transit railway. UBM, Rock Capital and Baywobau share the project development on an almost equal basis.

At Baubergerstraße, a mixed-use quarter with production, commercial courtyard, offices and retail is being built on 28,000 square metres. The site is part of a prospering district that is experiencing enormous demand due to a number of property developments in the immediate vicinity. The aim is to achieve an optimal mix of uses in the development. High sustainability standards are set in the quarter through timber hybrid construction and climate-friendly energy supply.
