Munich, 31.07.2023. Werner Huber, member of the Management Board of UBM Deutschland GmbH, has informed UBM‘s Management Board that he will resign at the end of 2023. This decision was taken in amical agreement with the company and for personal reasons. “This difficult decision was based on private reasons, and it was not made easily“, explained Werner Huber.
Thomas G. Winkler, CEO of the owner UBM AG, expresses his thanks Werner Huber on behalf of the entire group with the words: “I would like to thank Werner for his commitment to UBM over these many years. Without him, the development of our business in Germany would not have been nearly this successful.“ Werner Huber will remain with UBM as Managing Director up to the end of this year. The search for a successor will be initiated in the near-term.
