Vienna, 13.12.2023. UBM Development is selling a non-core property in the Czech Republic for €11m. The project consists of 68.3 hectares land which is located in the north-east of the country. The land is intended for development of industrial properties. Thomas G. Winkler, CEO of UBM Development AG, explains: “At the moment, cash is king. We are delighted to have successfully contributed to this focus by selling one of our non-core assets.”
