A joint venture between Cargo Center Graz (CCG) and UBM Development Österreich is currently developing the area north of the CCG. This project will meet the rising demand by the retail trade, industrial firms and logistics companies for specially designed logistics properties.

CCG Nord is a “one-stop shop“ for interested parties and customers which offers planning, financing and construction as well as rentals and facility management. This business has been successfully operated for well-known companies and corporations by CCG Immobilien GmbH since 2003 and, since 2013, by CCG Nord Projektentwicklung.  Nearly 300 trucks and 10 to 12 trains with over 3,500 tons of freight are handled here each day. The high quality of the location is further improved by a wide range of additional services that include on-site facility management, a customs office, private security service and a service center for the technical inspection of trucks.
