Těchto 62 bytových jednotek je součástí rezidenčního komplexu Arcus City. Arcus City vzniká na pomezí Stodůlek a Řeporyjí a nabízí celkem 270 bytů, 10 rodinných domů a několik obchodních jednotek. Domy Timber Praha budou vybaveny energeticky úspornými prvky, tepelnými čerpadly, fotovoltaickými panely, geotermálními vrty, retenčními nádržemi k opětovnému využití dešťové vody a chytrými technologiemi. Dřevěná nosná konstrukce bude ze smrkového dřeva, venkovní obklady fasády z modřínu. Dřevo bude použito v interiéru bytů jako pohledové na stropech obytných místností, chodeb a také na schodištích. Dodavatelem dřevěných konstrukcí je rakouská společnost ELK s dlouholetými zkušenostmi. Bytové domy komorního charakteru obsahují byty o dispozicích 1+kk až 4+kk a velikosti od 39 m2 do 110 m2. Timber Praha je stavěn na úrovni BREEAM Excellent a s energetickým průkazem v nejúspornější kategorii A.
An ensemble comprising apartments and commercial space was built in the former Mainz customs harbour, on the old harbour basin. Surrounded on three sides by water, it transforms maritime flair into reality. With its clinker facade, the building reflects the history and architecture of the old Mainz customs port. Forty-five condominiums were developed, including five as townhouses.

UBM developed the F.A.Z. Tower in Frankfurt's sought-after Europaviertel. The architecturally impressive large-scale project is the new headquarters of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z.). A further 15,000 m² of office space was created in an adjacent building section. The project was designed by the Berlin architectural firm Eike Becker_Architekten.

Luxusní hotel se 176 pokoji, vznikl rekonstrukcí budovy Cukrovarnického paláce (Sugar Palace) postavené v letech 1912–1916 pro Asekurační spolek průmyslu cukrovarnického. Jedná se o neoklasicistní stavbu, za jejímž zrodem stáli architekti Josef Zasche a Theodor Fischer. Plastiky na průčelí pak byly vytvořeny německým sochařem Franzem Metznerem. Objekt na nepravidelně protáhlém pětiúhelném půdorysu uzavírá dva dvory a západním úzkým cípem s otevřeným klenutým průchodem přiléhá k Jindřišské věži.
V roce 1993 byla budova prohlášena Ministerstvem kultury Památkově chráněnou stavbou – kulturní památkou.

In the historic inner city area of Potsdam, the capital of Brandenburg, UBM Development developed a hotel and flat project in cooperation with a family office. Conveniently located on the street Am Kanal, the hotel offers space for 198 rooms on five upper floors. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed in a spacious and open lobby and breakfast area.
Along Französische Straße 126 flats have been created. Guests and flat users can park their vehicles in the basement. DGNB Gold certification is being sought.
