The LeopoldQuartier is located on a site of approx. 22,900 m² north-west of Vienna’s city centre, with the address Obere Donaustraße 23-27 and 29. City apartments, family homes, office space, more greenery and a kindergarten are planned for its five building sites.
The “Village im Dritten“ project in Vienna’s third district, which is currently in the approval phase, is one of the most important urban development areas. The master plan was prepared by architects “Superblock“ and developed together with “Yewo Landscapes“, an office specialised in landscape planning. UBM holds an investment of 51% in five of the 22 sub-projects, which involve the creation of more than 8,000 m2 of commercial space and roughly 500 apartments on 1.4 hectares. This location near Vienna’s main railway station offers optimal connections to the public transport network via rapid transit railway and underground as well as easy access to the A23 motorway (“Südost-Tangente”) via the beltway intersection (“Gürtel”). With this project, UBM and ARE form a strategic partnership.

The project, which is built in a wood-hybrid construction, will not only offer a very healthy and pleasant quality of stay and an unusually high ecological standard due to its construction, but will also be able to be erected up to around 30 percent faster thanks to the high degree of prefabrication.
The ‘Havn am Rhein’ project is being developed in the new Zollhafen Mainz urban quarter, in the first row on the banks of the river Rhine. The U-shaped structure, which opens towards the Rhine, encloses an elevated garden with its three wings. Two wings of the building will contain 44 condominiums and one wing will contain 5 office units. A green roof garden with pergolas and an unobstructed view of the Rhine will be created for the residential units.
In keeping with the historic harbour architecture, the street facade and both wings of the building will be clad in grey-green brick slips, while the building wing on the Rhine side with its curved balconies will have a pure white plaster facade.
The Flösserhof is currently under development in the former Mainz customs harbour, directly on the harbour basin. This residential complex will be the site for 92 apartments surrounded on three sides by water. With their clinker facade, the building reflects the history and architecture of the old Mainz customs port. Plans include the construction of roughly 92 condominiums, three of which will be designed as townhouses.
The Noble Residence is a unique residential project. The building is located in the very center of Krakow, near the most important and recognizable monuments and tourist attractions, at the same time being an enclave of modernity and luxury. The location at ul. Smoleńsk 33 not only allows you to extraordinary views from the window and terraces, but also gives you full access to all possible services.
