UBM Development Deutschland acquires a development site for a modern office building in Frankfurt a. M.
(Berlin/Vienna/Frankfurt, 06-12-2018) UBM Development has acquired an almost 5,500 square meter plot in Frankfurt a. M. An office and administration building is planned for the site. The design concept for the project proposes a building with seven upper floors and a basement. The modern and attractive spaces for service providers are being developed for the independent rental market. Construction is planned to commence in 2020.
UBM Development has acquired a 5,500 square meter site in Frankfurt’s Niederrad district. It plans to build a multi-tenant office building with a gross floor area of around 18,000 square meters. Approximately 15,000 square meters of gross floor area are to be developed for commercial purposes, predominantly as modern and very space-efficient areas for office and service sector use. A further 3,000 square meters of gross floor space shall be parking areas. The inner courtyard will be attractively designed, similar to a campus, and will offer a pleasant and high quality atmosphere for its users.

Ideal office location in the city-center Frankfurt southwest
The project’s location in the immediate vicinity of the A5 motorway, with its very good individual transport connections, makes it an ideal office location in the best possible position. The Frankfurt city center as well as the Frankfurt International Airport can be reached without traffic congestion in around 10 minutes by car. The Niederrad district is very well connected to the public transport network of the Rhein-Main transport network with an S-Bahn station of the same name. The construction of the project is scheduled to commence in the course of 2020. The first tenants are expected to move into their premises as early as 2022.
